After hearing requests for an Iowa OER mailing list for the last few weeks, the Iowa Open Education Action Team has decided to put together a list for the community!

You can use our mailing list to post questions about OER, talk to OER leaders across the state, and generally keep in contact with one another about our work. We also want to use this list to share resources and news items that may be of interest to the community.

The list is hosted through Google Groups and you can join through the link on our Contact Us page: https://iowaoer.com/contact/

Note: you have to “apply” to join the group, but we approve pretty much everyone. This application process is only in place so we can check emails and ensure that spam accounts are not auto-allowed onto the mailing list.
